What inspired you to start hair styling? 

I used to cut off my Barbie’s hair when I was little and try to “dye” it with sharpies or cool-aid. I just wanted her to look different than the other Barbie’s

What’s your biggest tip for someone who wants to get into the hair industry?

Don’t expect anything to be handed to you. And don’t expect it to be easy. Work hard and be passionate.

How would you describe your own personal style?

My sister described me as “a girly, punk, Beetlejuice with a touch of Chola”

What are some of your current fashion obsessions?

Dr. Martens. Big baggy dresses.  Crop tops.

What is one thing that people would be surprised to hear?

I’m a business degree holding ex-cheerleader that wanted to marry Shaq in elementary school

Is there someone out there who inspires you fashion-wise?

The Olsen twins and Rita Ora.

Where do you like to travel?

Brooklyn and Sydney Australia!

What is the one thing you couldn’t live without?

My sister.
