Shipping 

UsTrendy works closely with sellers to ensure that you receive your purchase in a timely manner.

Processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is approximately 5-10 business days but it is possible that some international orders may take 7-15 business days. Express shipping is 3-5 business days. Overnight shipping is not available. Since shipping timeframes may vary, you can confirm a delivery date or inquire about shipping timeframes either by emailing us at customercare@ustrendy.com or click the live chat tab on the right scroll bar. We will do our best to ensure you receive your product(s) for a specific date.

Shipping cost is set by each seller. You can check the shipping costs on an item by clicking the "Shipping & Return" section on the product page of the product you are interested in purchasing.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that provides a tracking number and shipping timeframe. Save this email and use it to track the location and status of your package.

Returns

Return policies are set by the seller. You can view the return policies on an item by clicking on the "Shipping & Return" section on the product page of the particular product you are interested in purchasing.

To request a Return Material Authorization (RMA), please log into your account, locate the appropriate order, click the "Request RMA" button, and follow the instructions. If you placed your order as a "Guest", please email us at customercare@ustrendy.com or live chat us using tab on right scroll bar to request an RMA.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, UsTrendy will be happy to serve as a liaison and do everything in our power to remedy any issues.

 

Order Cancelation

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at customercare@ustrendy.com or live chat us using tab on right scroll bar with your order details and reason for canceling. We will make every attempt to process your request.

If the shipment is already en route then please refer to the seller return policy.

 

Out-of-stock products

We obtain limited quantities of certain products. Should you wish to buy a product that is not in stock, please utilize the "SIGN UP TO GET NOTIFIED WHEN THE PRODUCT IS BACK IN STOCK" option, email us at customercare@ustrendy.com or live chat us using tab on right scroll bar and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

 

Credit Cards

We currently accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express and paypal payment. We do not accept personal checks, COD, or other cards at this time.

All credit card transactions on this website are processed through Authorize.net for your security.

Once credit card information is requested, you will notice that the URL code begins with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This confirms that you are in secure mode.
