Change of Mind / Doesn't Fit If you receive your item and it does not fit or is not what you expected, we are happy to offer you a store credit as long as: The item is sent back in the original packaging with tags attached The item is sent back within 7 days of purchase The item is unworn and unwashed You can post back the item to the address on your invoice and we will issue you the credit as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any credits on one of a kind/hand made clothing, eyewear and discounted items. Your credit will last for 3 months from the day we email you your unique credit code to use for your next purchase. Faulty Items All items are thoroughly inspected by us before being shipped to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase. If however, you believe that your item is faulty or not as described please contact us directly at info@tealandtala.com.au and we can further assist you from there. Return Submission When logged into your account, you will be able to see a RETURNS tab on the left hand menu. This can be used to request a return through filling out the submission form. Once your credit is approved, we will process the return transaction within 7 business days. You will be informed via email when we have completed this transaction. If you are approved for a refund outside a faulty purchase, the cost of $10 shipping will be deducted from your refund.
