WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. IDILVICE garments are made to order in the USA. Most items ship within a 3-4 days, however please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to you. If you need an item on a specific date, please contact us before ordering so that we can inform you about our current delivery schedule. Within the USA, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If your item value is more than $250, we will automatically include signature confirmation. International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail, including tracking and insurance up to $200. If you are using this website for wholesale orders, separate rules apply. IDILVICE manufactures all items in its catalog to order. Once an order is placed it is immediately processed and production phase is started. Due to the nature of our made to order business we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you received the wrong item or it is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will process an exchange, but please be aware that any merchandise to be exchanged must be in unworn and original condition in it's original packaging.
