All items are inspected prior to shipping to make sure that they meet their provided description and are in perfect condition. Customer must notify me by email (info[at]anthracite.de) and send item(s) within 14 business days after receiving them. Item(s) must be in same condition as received: new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees, please insure and track all packages to assure arrival. No refund can be given for damaged or misplaced packages at the fault of the postal service. Receipts and tracking information is only saved for 90 days after item(s) is shipped. If you've ordered a standard size (4-12), returns are possible. Custom made items (including items sewn according to measurements) are not returnable but up to two separate alteration appointments can me made at half the regular hourly rate of 40,00€.
