To be eligible for an exchange, you must first alert us of the damage within 7 days of delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If merchandise is available, we will ship out a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.
If a replacement is not available we will issue you a credit.
