If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full product refund within 15 days of receiving it. No questions, no problem. For a return or an exchange, please send us an email at design@inshel.com or give us a call at 225.590.5363. We will provide you with an RA number and further instructions for returning your items. Once you receive this RA number, just send the item(s) back with a note explaining the reason to: Inshel Returns 103 Grand Lake Dr. Arnaudville, LA 70512. Please make sure to insure the shipment for the proper amount. This information will also be included in your package to make it easier. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. If you would like an exchange, first we'll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s). Then when we ship your new item, we'll charge you for it. And we'll never charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange.
