We truly want you to be happy with your item. If you are not 100% satisfied we are more than happy to replace the item with another. Please keep in mind that you will need to pay for return postage to us as well as another postage cost will incur for us to post a replacement to you.
In the case of an exchange a credit note will be issued to you via e-mail for the amount of the purchased item(s) minus the shipping and handling fee. Credit notes will have a life of 2 months from when they are received.
In the rare case that something does go wrong we will be happy to exchange or replace the item for another before any returns may be accepted.
Refunds are only granted in the case that we have grossly misrepresented an item or in the rare case that there is a major overlooked fault. It is important to remember that all items are handmade unless specified
