So in order for us to provide you with a refund, it must meet the following conditions: 1. Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic and 21 days for international orders 2. Be received in its original resellable condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue a refund. Return parcels must include the Returns Form and its original invoice RECEIVED RETURNS All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inpsected the garment, they will then issue a full refund for the items purchased minus shipping charges. We do not offer exchanges.
