Delivery Times UK and International Delivery – At present we dispatch all orders (except for multi international orders) by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. We will send you a tracking code so you can track your order. In the UK you can expect a 24 hour delivery, in Europe it is estimated 3-5 days and worldwide 5 -10 working days. Orders are dispatched same day when placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 4pm Friday-Sun will be dispatched on Monday. Please note: Parcels sent via Royal Mail will be suppled with a tracking number. Depending on the destination/country this will not always guarantee tracking from door-to-door. We endeavour to post orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately there are occasions whereby circumstances beyond our control will increase delivery times such as industrial action, bad weather, or busy holiday periods. Exchanges/Refunds We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Beara Beara, however, if you do decide the item is not to your taste then we will happily exchange it for another item. Returning the item is the responsibility of the customer and shipping charges of the replacement will be as with the first purchase (free in UK, £10 internationally). In the event that you do not wish to keep the purchase, a full refund (minus shipping charge) will be offered. If you wish to return an item please do so using the original packaging within 14 days. We reserve the right not to accept any returns which do not conform to these conditions. We recommend that you send the item with tracking as items remain your responsibility until safely received by ourselves. We cannot accept responsibility for the cost of return postage. Once we receive the package we will issue the refund and notify you via email. Please do inform us before returning an item.
