As we understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing, we are happy to offer either an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
o Items are returned within seven (7) days of receipt;
o Goods are returned new, unused, in original packaging and with tags still attached;
o Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer;
o No returns are offered on sale items – please choose carefully;
o Please note: Postage charges for a return are at the customer’s expense, with the exception of faulty goods where we will refund the cost of an express post bag on receipt and confirmation that the item is faulty. We recommend that you pay the additional charge for signature on delivery to avoid disappointment if the parcel does not reach us.
If you wish to return your purchase for an exchange or store credit please contact Adair Boutique email@example.com. Please enclose the completed return slip and garments together with Tax invoice as proof of purchase.
What defines faulty?
o Manufacturing faults
o Goods that have been wrongly described
o Goods are different to the goods that you ordered
o Do not do what they are supposed to; or
o Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
NB. Items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and will not warrant an exchange or refund.
