ONLINE PURCHASES Should your love affair with our garment not workout upon receiving the product through an internet order, please browse below for our return conditions: Claims must be made within 30 days. Do not return the goods unless your product has tags intact, unworn and no make-up stains. Returned goods must be sent by registered post with insurance. Bariano will not be liable for losses during postage. Bariano does not pay for postage of returned items or replacement items. Goods must not be worn. Bariano will not accept exchanges where tags have been removed or tampered with. Bariano also will not accept the return if there are signs to suggest that the item has been worn ie: soiled, makeup stain or odour. Items must be received by Bariano within THIRTY days of purchase (inclusive of weekends). You can only exchange for a different size or for an online credit note. We do not refund due to change of mind. Credit notes are valid online for 6 months. Pre orders can only can only be cancelled for a credit note.
