We must receive the item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund. After 15 days no refunds will be accepted, only exchanges or store credits. Exchanges will be made depending on availability. Refunds incur a 5% restocking and $9.75 shipping fees. These fees are waived for store credits or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes excessive returns and exchanges. Once we receive your package we reserve the right to inspect and refuse the item(s). If the item(s) have been worn and are not in the same condition in which it was shipped to you. We will send the item(s) back and the return shipping fee will be charge to you. Special Orders are not eligible for refunds only store credits or exchanges. Refunds usually take between 15 to 30 business days from the date we receive your item(s). Funds will be refunded via the same payment method used when the purchase was made. SALE ITEMS Items discounted more than 30% from the original purchase price, are only available for exchange or store credit. Unfortunately NO REFUNDS may be granted on these items due to the discount provided upon purchase. It is possible that circumstances beyond our control may cause a change in the stated delivery date. No refunds will be given due to purchased items not being shipped by estimated dates. TRYING ON Because swimwear is an intimate apparel, please ensure that you wear undergarments while trying on. Swimsuits must have protective shields intact and they must not be removed while trying on. This rule is strictly enforced to comply with federal health regulations and for the protection of our clients. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Cacique Boutique is not responsible and will not pay for any duties, taxes or custom charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges prior to making a purchase. The delivery time for orders are estimates given to us directly from the couriers. The delivery time is not a guaranteed. Once the package arrives the country of destination, it is processed by customs and there may be delays. However we will make every effort to uphold prompt delivery. If the client for any reason refuses an item for delivery, no refund will be provided for the shipping fee and additional charges will apply. International Orders with PRE-ORDER items will ship together on the later date of the available item. DEFECTIVE ITEMS Please note that after tags are removed we are not responsible for damages. All items undergo quality control and are checked for any defects before they are dispatched to customers. We hold superior quality standards because we want you to have the best customer experience possible! In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hrs. We will replace the item for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. However, if the item is replaceable, refund requests will not be granted. COLOR VARIANCE We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products in our website.
