In the case of faulty products we will gladly refund the method of payment used. To ensure you have the best online shopping experience possible, we have put together a flexible returns policy to allow you peace of mind. You will be given store credit for the amount that you paid for your garments, excluding the shipping cost. You can then order your replacement items with your store credit and cover the cost of shipping with Paypal/credit card through the website. For international returns, your items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. Because of longer shipping times internationally, we do not include shipping time in this 14 day period, so you will have ample time to return your item. (I.e. you have 14 days from when you receive the product to when you send it back. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it; however, if we do accept a return that has been sent back outside of that time frame, we will deduct $9 from the store credit issued as a restocking fee.) Please note that international returns that are not received in their original condition will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.
