At Jada Blue we understand how important it is for your clothes to fit perfectly and that is why we offer an exchange or store credit on any item if it is not suited to the customer. All Australian orders must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date or 21 days of the delivery date for international orders. The return shipping charge is not covered by Jada Blue and therefore will have to be paid by the customer.
Returned items must be received in the original condition, this includes tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, no make up stains and it must not smell of ladies deodorant. If a returned item is not received in its original state Jada Blue reserves the right to reject the item and automatically return it to the customer.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. All returned items will be issued as a store credit to the customer that will then allow an exchange of items as we can not guarantee the same style will be in stock. Once an item has been returned you will be sent a code to enter at the checkout of your next purchase to validate your credit.
Jada Blue staff thoroughly inspects each garment to make sure it is in perfect condition before being sent out to customers. However, if you find that your purchased Jada Blue item has a manufacturing fault please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort out the appropriate actions for your product. Jada Blue is happy to replace or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
