Shipping and Return
Hey Pretty – returns happen!...but they're expensive, time consuming and no fun for anyone so we encourage you to ask questions upfront about sizing, length, material, etc. If you change your mind about an item, you have the option to return it for exchange, store credit or majority refund, based on the following… Merchandise must have ARRIVED back to us within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number (20 days for International Orders in observation of Customs delays). Custom orders are not returnable We do offer refunds but please know that 15% will be withheld to cover processing, restocking, card fees, etc. Items must be in NEW condition - no signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free. Any item purchased “on sale” is a final sale but size exchange for the same item is welcome, when available. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Be sure to inspect your order upon arrival. We cannot send it back for free. If you're exchanging and worried about your new size/color being sold out by the time your package arrives, let us know what you need and we're happy to reserve your new item until your exchange makes it back to us. Please include the stub at the bottom of your packing slip OR your own note with your name, order number (if you have it) and indication of exchange, store credit or refund (15% withheld). Buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless Wild Bleu made an oops. Feel free to ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the item(s) is yours, at this point. You can go through us and we'll email a shipping label directly to you. Shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return Label" in the subject line. Let us know which items are coming back and we'll generate the label in our system for USPS Priority and email a payment link to your inbox. Just print and tape the label to your package! We receive all returned items through our PO Box so that all carriers can deliver them to the same, safe, centralized location, at any time.
