Change of Mind / Wrong Size Exchanges
If your garment is not of a totally perfect fit, we will offer you the option of either a store credit or an exchange. Items must be returned within five (5) days of you receiving the items.
The following provisions must be met for a return;
All garments must be in its original condition with swing tags, accessories attached (if any), unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Returned goods that are damaged and/or worn will not be covered under our policy. You are responsible to pay for the returned shipping cost.
We place a high emphasis on our quality control systems and all items are double checked for quality issues prior to being sent out.
In the unfortunate event where the item should arrive with any fault or defect, you should contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem. If we find that the item is defective on our behalf we will issue a full refund (shipping charge not included) or send out a replacement product at our cost.
If the garment is faulty, we will cover the cost of shipping back to you.
Please note due to the turnover of our stock we cannot accept refunds if you simply change or mind or the item does not fit. We can only offer a refund under the circumstance of a defective item.
Refunds are for the merchandise only, shipping costs are non- refundable. Refunds are available only for;
Processing error on our part, i.e we sent you the wrong style/colour/size. Faulty item or is not of merchantable quality; OR Is not fit for its intended purpose; OR Does not match the sample or differs substantially to a description given by us. You need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items to advise us of the problem. The item will then need to be returned to us within 5 days of notifying us, in its original packaging, swing tags and accessories attached.
Refunds will be issued only via the original payment method. Please allow up to five (5) business days for refund to be refunded to your account.
All returns and refunds are at our sole discretion and we are not obligated to provide you such means outside our statutory obligations. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address as we will not be responsible for wrong address, unclaimed or undeliverable orders. You will be responsible to pay the returned shipping cost if you wish for the item to be redelivered to another address. No exchange or refunds is available on sale or clearance items, unless faulty or wrongly described. This will be stipulated in the product description in red. Shipping is non refundable and returned shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
