All orders place on Inshel.com are made to order. We do not keep stock of any apparel. You should allow 7-10 days per item for manufacturing. We appreciate your patience on this matter. You can be confident when you receive your clothing that we made it JUST FOR YOU!
Domestic-We will ship your order within 7-10 days of receiving it. You will receive an email notification when it ships along with tracking information. We use UPS standard ground shipping. The flat rate is $12 and your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. 2 Day shipping is available for $25 and the overnight service is $35.

Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full product refund within 15 days of receiving it. No questions, no problem.
For a return or an exchange, please send us an email at design@inshel.com or give us a call at 225.590.5363. We will provide you with an RA number and further instructions for returning your items. Once you receive this RA number, just send the item(s) back with a note explaining the reason to:

Please make sure to insure the shipment for the proper amount. This information will also be included in your package to make it easier. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
If you would like an exchange, first we'll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s). Then when we ship your new item, we'll charge you for it. And we'll never charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange.

How do I measure an item?

Bust/Chest

Measure from just under the armpit to the armpit on the other side.

Waist

This refers to the natural waist: the thinnest part of your mid-section. So for a dress, the thinnest part is the waistband area. For pants or skirts, this refers to the top of the garment.

Hip

Measure the widest part of a skirt or pants, below the waistband.

Length

For tops and dresses, measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. For pants and skirts, this is the measurement from the waist to the bottom.
