We are not responsible for lost, stolen and/or damaged items once shipped. If you have concerns about this, please let us know ahead of time and you can purchase insurance or signature confirmation for domestic orders. Just mention it in the “message to seller” option at time of purchase.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Luminaa purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Customers are fully responsible for all shipping charges. Please allow seven business days to process your request and refund your credit card. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refunds are processed. Most banks require additional business days to post the refund to your account. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
How to make a Return or Exchange
For all exchanges or refunds please email info@luminaanyc.com. Please tell us the item or items you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your request. All customers must send their return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon approval of your request we will immediately email you a Return Authorization Number. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of your box and include your original packing slip inside.
We must receive your package within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number. We recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please note that after 15 days all sales are final!
