If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, please return it for a full refund, or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please return item in its original pristine condition with labels attached. Original Doll cannot exchange items that have been worn or washed. All refunds will be made on return using your original payment method. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
