Still making new flowers. Trying to get a nuno felt technique, which I must tell you second try and second failure, I try to do something with the beautiful yarn I had bought for the attempt.
The yarn is a soft, warm blend Lamb's wool and gorgeous to knit.
I made this rose combined with gold wire, I hope you can see it in the picture. It gives consistence to the flower and adds a good accent too.
The center is a mother of pearl bead. I finished this piece with a row of mother of pearl buckles and a felt ribbon to go with the ethnic and soft texture of the flower.
