available sizes for the skirt..
Size 4- would fit Waist- 25"-26" Hips 35"- 36"
Size 6 would fit Waist 28" - 30" Hips 36" - 40"
skirt's ruffles made with faux leather as well and detailed with white satin bias
Skirt is high waist- 2" above the natural waist
it is made with stretch fabric so if your measurements 1 inch small or bigger ,it would still fit comfortably
