How do I measure an item?

Bust/Chest

Measure from just under the armpit to the armpit on the other side.

Waist

This refers to the natural waist: the thinnest part of your mid-section. So for a dress, the thinnest part is the waistband area. For pants or skirts, this refers to the top of the garment.

Hip

Measure the widest part of a skirt or pants, below the waistband.

Length

For tops and dresses, measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. For pants and skirts, this is the measurement from the waist to the bottom.

Inseam

This is a measurement for pants, and refers to the length from the crotch to bottom of pant leg.

In order to qualify for a refund, there must be a fault with the quality of the item. I can not give refunds due to fitting issues, as my sizes are clearly specified and custom made orders are an ecouraged option for buyers. All items are inspected prior to shipping to make sure that they meet their provided description and are in perfect condition. Customer must notify me by email (info@struppets.de) within three business days after receiving item(s) and send item(s) within 7 business days after receiving them. Item(s) must be in same condition as received, new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees, please insure and track all packages to assure arrival. No refund can be given for damaged or misplaced packages at the fault of the postal service. Receipts and tracking information is only saved for 90 days after item(s) is shipped. Custom made items are not returnable.
