How to return an item
Please use the return form provided to enclose your name, address and your reason for return. Please also quote your order number, which can be found on your invoice.
Buyers are advised to return items by either first class or second class recorded delivery and obtain a tracking number. All return costs are at the expense of the buyer.
Once an item is returned, providing the goods meet the above conditions*, Chi Chi will cover the cost of the first exchange (UK Only). Any further exchanges are at the cost of the buyer.
