Description:

This neon green infused dress was made using vintage and preloved fabrics. A white, pintuck pleated blouse was used for the bodice. The sleeves are puffy at the shoulder with neon ribbing below. The midsection is neon green silk on the front and ribbing on the back. the skirt portion is 2 layers of a printed gray bias cut & a solid gray underneath. Animal print ribbon runs down the front and hangs down to the lower half with yellow buttons on the ends. Gray ties are at the waist. Women's size small Bust: 38 inches Waist: 25-30 inches Hips: 44 inches Length from top of shoulder to bottom hem: 37.5 inches
