For orders out of USA, it usually takes 7-15 business days and sometimes one month for order to arrive at you after it’s shipped. We will send you a tracking number once it’s available.

Please contact us within 10 days after the receipt of your item for exchanges or refunds. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, without perfume smelling.
