Return Rules:
*All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
*Merchandise that is being returned must be new, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached. If returns is received in worn condition, it will not be refunded
*Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded
*Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method.

How do I make a return?
*Please check our policies above to make sure you that your return meets our return policy.
*Submit an RMA request by logging in to your account, select "View Details" on your order and select "ADD NEW RMA" button.
*Select the item you would like to return, the reason, and method.
*Submit RMA request and an RMA Number will be generated. You will receive an email response for authorization and an email with a prepaid return label at no cost to you, for you to print out and tape onto the box.
How do I make an exchange?
*We cannot guarantee stock, we encourage you to place a new order and return your original order in accordance with the return policy above.
Return Processing:
When we receive your return, we process it right away and we refund your return immediately. Cost of original shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
