I would like to talk about shipping first. It takes us 2-3 business days to process your order and 5-10 days for it to arrive in USA after it’s shipped. For orders out of USA, it usually takes 7-15 business days and sometimes one month for order to arrive at you after it’s shipped. We will send you a tracking number once it’s available.
We don’t accept urgent orders. If you need it at a given day, please contact us immediately after you placed the order.
About Return
Please contact us within 10 days after the receipt of your item for exchanges or refunds. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, without perfume smelling.
For refund, buyer must pay the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
For exchange, buyer must pay the return shipping cost.
Fit Problem
We provide accurate measurements for all items. Please make sure you check measurements of the clothing comparable to your own measurements. Do not assume or go by tag size, as sizes vary greatly from era to era and also from different designers.
