Customer must notify me by email (info@struppets.de) within three business days after receiving item(s) and send item(s) within 7 business days after receiving them. Item(s) must be in same condition as received, new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees, please insure and track all packages to assure arrival. No refund can be given for damaged or misplaced packages at the fault of the postal service. Receipts and tracking information is only saved for 90 days after item(s) is shipped.
