Returns are accepted within 3 days of your shipment being delivered. (we ship with delivery confirmation to domestic addresses so we know exactly when our items are being delivered). We do not accept returns after this time - no exceptions.
Items must be returned within 5 days of your return request, and must arrive in the exact same condition in which they were sent or they will not be accepted.
