DELIVERY
All items will be delivered within 4 working days for UK based customers, 7-14 working days for customers outside the UK. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS
Postage and packing charges are £4.00 for orders consisting of 1 item and £8.95 for orders consisting of 2 or more items.
For orders above this amount and orders outside the UK, postage and packaging cost will be handled on an individual basis.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOOD
If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in writing within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in a saleable condition within 7 days with your proof of purchase (receipt), for a refund or an exchange.
Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us.
Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned items.
