§ 1 Order
After submitting your order you will receive a personal confirmation of your order.
§ 2 Delivery
Ordered goods will be sent 3-4 days after ordering. Please note that all goods are shipped from Europe and can therefore vary in delivery time. The dispatch takes place - depending on order quantity - as a letter or a package (both with tracking). The delivery address can by request deviate from the ordering address.
§ 3 Delivery and Returns
Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be sent to the delivery address specified by you. Shipping cost are separately designated and paid by you as customer. If any supplier of WIDDA berlin despite a contractual obligation cannot deliver the goods you ordered, WIDDA berlin is entitled to withdraw. In this case you will be informed immediately that the ordered product is not available. The purchase price already paid will be refunded to you immediately. Further claims on your part are excluded.

§ 5 Withdrawal and Return Policy
You can revoke your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods. Before returning the buyer must first contact WIDDA Berlin (via E-Mail) for instructions regarding the return. The period begins with receipt of the goods and this instruction. To comply with the revocation period it is sufficient to send the revocation or return the goods within the period described. Returns must also be made within 14 days after receipt of goods. In case of an effective return the received benefits are to be returned by both sides. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation may be claimed.
The cost of returning goods at a value less than 60 $ (40 €) the buyer bears the costs. From 60 $ (40 €) and more WIDDA berlin bears the return shipping costs.
For returns you have to contact WIDDA berlin first to get appropriate return information. The original packaging should be used. Other returns will not be refunded. A refund is possible once per item.
