This is a period correct, pink and burgundy Embroidered Organza ball gown.  It has a taffeta lined, three tier full skirt, and off the shoulder full boned, taffeta lined top with satin ribbon embellishments. The separate skirt is done with cartridge pleats.
It is a simplicity size 18, with a finished bust of 40/42" and 32/34" waist
It has full lacing up the back with rattail cording and is made to be worn over a corset and full hooped slip.
