Black and white checkered skirt, with top of dress portion in white. Top portion of dress simulates a tuxedo shirt with its light ruffles and slightly folded edges. I thought it would add that "vixen" appeal to the dress. Dress is 100% cotton. This can also be worn with black tights as a tunic top.
