HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We will of course accept returns and exchanges on all items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Within 14 days after delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us with tag in perfect condition, accompanied by the original invoice.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN
Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s Paypal account. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Send an email to info@playwithfala.com with a brief explanation of your exchange, as well as the item’s style number. Upon the acceptance of your exchange please send the package to the address below:
