Exchange or Store Credit Only- Exchange must be received within 7 days from the delivery date. Exchanges can only be made once.
Exchanges for Size/Colors Changes - Customer is responsible for Shipping Return and New Replacement Shipping.
Once exchanges are received, turnaround time for production is 7-10 Business Days for In Stock Items. Customized exchanges can take 2-3 Weeks for production and delivery.
If we send the incorrect product, we will gladly re-ship the correct product at no additional cost.

Because our collection is limited run and consist of delicate exclusive fabrics, we only offer Exchanges or Store Credit.
Exchange requests must be made within (5) Days of receipt of merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Once your return is received, we will ship your exchange or replacement. Exchanges or replacements can be any item from our website which is equal value to your original purchase.
If you need an express/overnight replacement, buyer will be responsible for additional express shipping.
We normally ship exchanges within 3-4 days of the received return and we will cover your shipping to send you the replacement.
