How do I measure an item?

Bust/Chest

Measure from just under the armpit to the armpit on the other side.

Waist

This refers to the natural waist: the thinnest part of your mid-section. So for a dress, the thinnest part is the waistband area. For pants or skirts, this refers to the top of the garment.

Hip

Measure the widest part of a skirt or pants, below the waistband.

Length

For tops and dresses, measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. For pants and skirts, this is the measurement from the waist to the bottom.

Inseam

This is a measurement for pants, and refers to the length from the crotch to bottom of pant leg.

I made this beautiful tutu skirt from 15 yards of delicate black matte tulle! Black is so chic and works for so many occasions. Hand finished at the waist with 6 yards of black satin ribbon that ties in a bow at the back. Elastic waist for easy off and on.
I am including a black sheer polka dot under skirt (a separate piece) for underneath. *Please note: if this fabric becomes unavailable another polka dot fabric of similar color will be substituted

This is perfect for a prom, cocktail party,bridesmaid or performance.

Please expect 2-4 weeks for completion.
