RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Alex London pieces made in standard sizes and colors are returnable. A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns requesting a refund. 30% restocking fee applied to all returns requesting an exchange.
Items must be shipped back no later than 2 weeks after reciving the garment or garments, and in an unworn, unaltered condition.
Custom sized and/or colored pieces are nonreturnable, but the fit is guaranteed, so we can provide free alternations in the nyc area if need be.
