pencil skirt with unique bespoke pattern in panels. Two kick-pleats in the back for movement. The panels are attached with a cording detail in black silk cord.
The signature cut of Cecilia in the back keeps the back skirt from protruding and making the hem uneven as in regular cuts.
The Hip is 35 and since the skirt is pencil, it is snug.
The waist is 28 at the low waist, that is right above the crest of the hip, or were the bones of your hip start.
