How do I measure an item?

Bust/Chest

Measure from just under the armpit to the armpit on the other side.

Waist

This refers to the natural waist: the thinnest part of your mid-section. So for a dress, the thinnest part is the waistband area. For pants or skirts, this refers to the top of the garment.

Hip

Measure the widest part of a skirt or pants, below the waistband.

Length

For tops and dresses, measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. For pants and skirts, this is the measurement from the waist to the bottom.

Inseam

This is a measurement for pants, and refers to the length from the crotch to bottom of pant leg.

This is my third tutorial. I love making rings, and learning to make rings, so that is why I have come up with this new tutorial. Rings are a must have item in every woman's jewelry box.

It's a project suited both for beginners and advanced levels, as it can be made as simple or as intricate as you want it to be.

This wire wrapped ring can be embellished with as much (or little) beads as you like, you can even make it an all metal ring. It's all up to you, and what you feel like doing! With one set of instructions you can create various different rings.

There's no need for solder or glue to complete this project, and it will open up a world of possibilities for your ring making.
