RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for change of mind or incorrect size purchases however we can offer an ONLINE STORE CREDIT for all full priced items returned provided the following conditions are met;
MINT is not responsible for items that have been worn, wash or dry cleaned by the customer.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel (20 days for International orders). We will not accept any returns after the return period and without a "return request" submitted (please do not send your return garments back until the return has been authorised). We recommend returning items through traceable mail as any returned items that are not received by MINT Boutique will not be issued with a credit/refund (please ask your local post office if you are unsure how to return items to us that have tracking ID).
All purchases of SALE items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. All purchases during a flash/promo sale also not be returned as it is considered a sale item. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
All returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. When trying on garments, please avoid wearing perfume, deodorant or makeup which may soil the garment. Returned items that are not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to return the garment to the customer if we believe the garment is not in its original condition.
