I just joined US Trendy a little while ago. I was invited to join - was told that my stuff was acutally good enough for a site like this! :-) So here I am! :-)
I have been crocheting for a long time... my brother taught me when I was about 3 years old, but I didn't really start doing anything serious until I was about 18. I also taught myself to knit at that age since I liked the drape for garments in knit over crochet.
Unfortunately an injury took my ability to make larger projects like garments and afghans, but I'm still working on making my little beaded bracelets and necklaces.
I've been doing a lot of custom work lately, which unfortunately has taken me away from creating for my shops, but I'm enjoying the challenge. I like trying to create something that another person visions and make it just like they saw in their mind... or in a couple cases, even better. :-) :-) Though they were tons of fun, they were exhausting and I'm ready to create for me and my shop. :-) Everything that I make, I make in the colors that I enjoy working with - but if you like a other colors and would like to see what I come up with, I'd be more than happy to take any suggestions. :-) I consider myself fairly easy to work with. :-)
Please feel free to take a look around. I'm in the process of giving many of the items picture makeovers so I do not have that much yet, but please keep coming back. I'm sure you'll see something you'd like. :-)
