It is such a delight to be able to have people enjoy my designs!  Now, I have created a catalog that serves two main purposes, another way to tell the world about Nilaja and to give interested people a tool to use to become a sales representative for Nilaja. If working for Nilaja interests you, please read details below!

Nilaja is an exciting new company providing a unique and fun Boutique shopping experience without a fixed retail location.  Our product line will feature a variety of collection of handbags.  There will also be limited editions of jewelry and other accessories. 

What does it cost to become a Nilaja Representative?

You don’t have to make any initial cash investment to start.  As a sales representative, you will be given a sample of the featured collection at a discounted rate to begin.  You will also be able to receive four other samples from the featured collection at discounted price. The collection valued at $500 and the business materials gives you what you need to start your business.   You can pay for your samples with your first boutique party!

How Do I Get Started?

Getting started is simple and fun!  You will meet (it can be done by phone) with a Leader for a Business Orientation and host your Grand Opening Boutique with friends, family and co-workers.  To begin earning immediate income, you will want to set a Grand Boutique Opening sales goal of $700 or more in Personable Compensatable Sales and hold six (6) Boutiques within your first three (3) weeks.

What training and support will I receive?

Training and support will begin for you with a Business Orientation.  You will receive on-going training and support from your assigned Leader. You will also receive monthly newsletters that will provide you with any update information on Nilaja’s growth and upcoming products.

How much money can I make?

As a Sales Representative, you are paid a percentage of your Personal Compensatable Sales, earning Bonuses as monthly sales increase.  Percentages range from 20% for monthly sales of less than $1,800 to 35% for monthly sales of $5,000 or more.  When you choose to become a Leader and develop your own sales organization (lineage), you can earn an even higher percentage on your Personal Compensatable Sales and additional income based on the compensatable sales structure of your lineage.  There will be exciting bonuses for Leaders as well.
