The Lock-A-Bye Limited Warranty Thank you for purchasing a Lock-A-Bye product. Lock-A-Bye warrants to the first purchaser or gift recipient of its product, that its product is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. A valid sales receipt must be included with any warranty claim to show that the product was purchased within the warranty period. If, after inspection of your product, Lock-A-Bye determines that a manufacturing defect exists, Lock-A-Bye, at its sole discretion, will repair the product or replace the product with the same product or a product of equivalent style or equal value based on the purchase price. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential losses and such losses are expressly disclaimed. Some states do not permit the exclusion of such damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or alteration of this product.
