Shipping and Return
We do not accept exchanges at this time. Please return the item for store credit and repurchase the intended exchange item. If you have a time sensitive matter please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can accomodate, you will need to provide tracking for the item intended for exchange.
Garments must be returned within 21 days of receipt for U.S. and 30 days for international. Garments must be unworn and unwashed. Garments must have all tags, including any FROCK Los Angeles hangtags, attached. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Sale merchandise (ending in .99 or marked Sale) is returnable only for store credit. All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS (ALL CLOTHING)
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $8.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Submit a return request by emailing email@example.com "subject: Return Request". We typically respond to emails within 48 hours. Place your item and the original packing slip in a secure package. (We recommend using a USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope (flat or padded) or a Flat Rate Small Box.) Returns for cash or credit must be received within 21 days total of your receipt for U.S. residences and 30 days for international orders. Returns for store credit have until 30 days. If you are sending the item/s back for an exchange and need the replacement expedited, please keep hold of your tracking number and email it to us (we can issue your store credit upon confirmation). Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.frockla.com on FROCK branded perchandise only. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned. Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars. To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your FROCK Los Angeles account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
RETURNS & REQUIREMENTS JEWELRY
We accept the return of unworn jewelry in salable condition within 30 days of the original ship date. Merchandise must be accompanied by original proof of purchase and must be in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover merchandise that is lost or damaged as a result of normal “wear and tear.” Merchandise must be accompanied by original proof of purchase. If sufficient inventory no longer exists to replace a damaged item, a refund will be processed in the form of a store credit usable only at the vendor's e-commerce store (and not applicable towards anything but jewelry).
