My name is Cécile, I am french and I live in USA.
I am a very ethical person and my moral is based on Kant universal law: don't do to others what you wouldn't like to be done to you.
I am doing everything in my power not to trash more the beautiful planet we are living on.
My work is infused with my ethic and each of my creations is a result of passion and dedication.
I "believe" in the craft revolution and I think it is our future. The handmade and ecofriendly life are the only alternatives to the consumerism consuming our planet and the living beings surrounding us.
It is why I work hours and hours on each of my creation.
There is too much merchandises in our world and we waste so much. Re-using and recycling things already existing is a way to fight pollution.
So my clothes are made from scratch but not from new materials. They are made with clothes I purchased in thrift stores and that I have reconstructed entirely.
Everything has been carefully washed before and after, and I will wash your purchase before to send it.
My house is non-smoking.
All the hems have been sergered for durability. Everything is made to last. What you buy from me won't fall apart after 2 weeks. I use materials which hold very well through several washes.
