Shipping and Return
1. CHANGING YOUR ORDER If you think you accidentally ordered an item in wrong size, colour or quantity and would like to correct it, contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet we will be more than happy to correct your order – subject to availability of our products. Please type in REQUEST TO CHANGE ORDER in your email title bar and remember to include your order number in the message- without it we cannot proceed with correcting the order and your items might still be shipped out to you in wrong sizes, colours or quantities. 2. CANCELLATIONS You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. To cancel your order you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please type REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION in your email title bar and remember to include your order number in the message- without it we cannot proceed with cancellation and your order might still be shipped out to you. Once your order is cancelled, you will be notified. There might be a situation in which you haven’t received your order yet, but we have already shipped it out to you. This means your items are on the way to your delivery address and that we are no longer able to cancel your order. In this case you will need to wait until you receive your items, at which point we can start with return procedures, should you still wish to return them. Please read the RETURNS and EXCHANGES section below. 3. RETURNS and EXCHANGES You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size (subject to availability) within 14 days of receiving your original order. Before returning any items you must contact us at email@example.com, send us your order number and inform us of your reasons for return or exchange. Note that items sent to us wihtout prior email contact will not be refunded or exchanged. MINTFIELDS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 1 You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size (subject to availability) within 14 days of receiving your original order. 2 All items are inspected on return. 3 To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be complete and have all original labels and badges attached as first sent. Items must not be worn, washed, sprayed with frangnance, damaged or soiled. Otherwise we will send the item back to you and no refund will be made. 4 We do not require original packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. You are responsible for packaging them in a way so they don’t get damaged while they are being shipped back to us. Any items damaged on the way back to us will not be refunded or exchanged. 5 If the item qualifies for a refund we will refund the price you purchased your item at. Any shipping fees however, will not be refunded. (We are working on offering free returns to our customers and we are hoping this service will be avialable in the near future) 7 We are not responsible for any items that were sent or returned to us by mistake or without prior contact with our customer service.
