Chalkfest Self Portrait
May 22, 2010 at 09:33 AM
Chalkfest is an exhibition only, and involves no fees, but rather, is a day of art and fun. This year, the students found my work entitled “Self” on the EBSQ website and chose it as one of their featured artworks for this year’s Chalkfest. (students’ rendition is below) I hope you like the interpretation of my work.
I think they did an AWESOME JOB!!

Visual Music
January 30, 2009 at 03:31 PM
Life is funny, One day you are on top of the world and the next, you are lying in the mud - stuck and struggling. Is it true that a Lotus Flower really does blossom from the mud? If so, does this mean that I will accomplish my task even when the outlook looks bleak?
Must we all have such great faith in order to succeed?
I am an Artist on a mission, a true calling to help the world in one way or another. Maybe this feeling I have is to only rescue an animal or help to heal the planet? Who knows what our true calling is? Do we find it at the top of our mountain or at the end of our finish line?
There are many paths in life that we may chose to follow and many doors that open and close and if you find yourself thriving in your only open door, than this must be your finish line….your true calling.
I believe I have found my purpose in life at the age of 41. I have started living in my art career. Thriving and Loving every moment of my creativity with limitless imagination! I have come to understand that it is not who I am underneath, But what I do that defines me.
My art has the ability to touch people and I believe that through this visual experience I can reach the public eye and convey a message that supports the many causes that I would like to support. Saving the world through VISUAL MUSIC.
