If the item you receive is not the correct size you can send it back and we can send you a new size. Please note that our items are in high demand, and because of their popularity the size you may want to exchange it for may be sold. Be sure to email and check that we have the size you are after before sending it back.
Change of mind!
When choosing the items you want choose carefully as we don't do returns on items if you simply no longer like the item.
Faulty Items! In case of a faulty item, we allow the item to be sent back for a replacement or a refund of the item.
However, we thoroughly check out items before sending them out to make sure there is no faults on the garment.
Conditions for exchange / refund:
The item must be sent back to the She Envy Boutiques office within 7 days of receiving the item. Item must come back in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. It must not smell of ladies perfume / deodorant or have make up stains so please take care when trying to order. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. She Envy staff have the right to reject a return if the above requirements are not met.
