US Customers: Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery for refunds, or within 14 days for exchanges/store credit.

If there is a problem with your item, please be sure to contact us immediately! Requests for returns/exchanges must be documented and sent via email to email@example.com. A return-shipping label will then be emailed to you. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you may also return any unwanted item(s) using any trackable and insured shipping service to the address below:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all merchandise must be in it's original packaging, tagged, unsoiled, unworn and unaltered, and free of any perfumes and odors. Any items that do not meet these basic requirements, or are non-returnable, will be denied. Shipping charges are nonrefundable!
Returning Footwear: Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered a part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
Jewelry, accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, clearance items, intimate apparel, and gift cards/gift certificates are all final sale!
Refunds are processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once a purchase has been refunded it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies and procedures.
Please email your exchange requests to our Returns Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once inspection of your return is complete (approximately 1-3 business days), your exchanges will be sent to the same shipping address listed on your original order. Shipping fees are waived for all exchanges (within the US) at a limit of once per transaction.
Please read each product description carefully. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after 2-4 hours of it being placed.
If your recent order has not been shipped and you'd like to add an item to your order:

Shipment costs are nonrefundable, and you will be responsible for all shipping expenses. Tracking numbers are recommended to document and ensure delivery of your return-shipment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
*A restocking fee of 20% will apply for any items returned without its original packaging.
